Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) is based out of the Philippines, where it has been the leading budget airline since its conception in 1996. The airline’s international services were launched in November 2001 and CEB now flies to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Incheon, Pusan, Taipei, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou and Macau.

Flights can be booked easily through the airline’s many ticket offices or via their website. CEB supports paperless ticketing and offers easy check in at the airport. The fleet is relatively new and Cebu Pacific Air gives the lowest ‘Go’ year-round fares for its domestic and international destinations. ‘Go’ fares are not promotional fares and don’t include surcharges or tax. CEB is also the first airline in the country to offer e-ticketing and booking via SMS (TxtCEB).

The airline provides a bit of fun in the air with its FunFlights games onboard as well as an in-flight magazine named Smile. CEB also offers its passengers specials on hotels and car hire through its partnering with various other companies.

A young company, Cebu Pacific considers its staff to be important assets who combine years of skills, knowledge, experience and excellent service records to build the strong foundation of the organisation. The cabin crew especially is vibrant and skilled, providing a safe and fun flying experience. Overall the airline has a good safety record, with the exception of one incident in 1998.

Cebu Pacific Air’s main base is at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, with an additional hub at Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
